    • Best Jeep I've Ever Owned, hands down!

Jeep's have been around forever. Mine is the straight 6 and one of the best engines that was made by this manufacture in my opinion. I can get around in the snow and ice driving respectfully. Yes they use a little more gas but it is also the fact that they have a smaller sized gas tank. This Jeep will get up to speed and has plenty of pep. I have many confuse with my jeep with way newer models. If you are seeking to have a fun summer and reliable dependable winter vehicle than sounds like you are on the right track looking at a Jeep Wrangler Sahara. This vehicle has hard doors with roll up windows and the door comes off if you want. It has A/C and an excellent heater/ defroster for those cold frozen mornings. They have a shifter light to let you know you need to shift gears if you are new to that. Also has carpet that is removable if you want to take it out for some reason. The bucket seats are very comfy with lumbar support. Seats tilt all the way back if you want to snooze in your ride. Leather steering wheel is comfy and nice. Cruise control is great from long road trips. They are often seen being towed behind a sweet RV or Motorhome. They are wonderful classic rides. They also hold there value very well.
    • Last purchase of a car 2001

I'm eighty three and have owned this 2001 Jeep Sport Wrangler since 2001. Put very little millage on it, just drive it to the store and back. This Jeep has never let me down in any weather. For most of the years of ownership I have had several batteries, fuel pump and minor brake problem and just replaced all of the original tires. I have been tempted to purchase Jeeps new pick up but thought better of it because of my age. My 2001 Jeep sport Wrangler will do me for now and will be my last purchase of any car. "I love it"!!
    • I am a happy jeep driver times three!

My first jeep was a CJ7 and this is is my second unlimited. I feel this is the best "Grocery getter" as far as jeeps go. The wider wheel base makes me feel safer, and the extra room behind the back seat makes for perfect camping gear space. Living in the cold Wisconsin weather, the hard top is a must, along with a lift and 33" tires. One week ago I rolled my jeep. I hit snow/black ice and that was the end of my control. Headed for a field and rolled two and a half times. The jeep has some cosmetic damage; broken fenders, windshield broken and the w/s frame is bent from the roll over, hard top is toast-rear window and side window shattered, drivers door needs replacing, rear tire flat, roof rack bent, and the engine was still running when I landed. I am certain if I was in any other vehicle I would be writing this from a coffin. I am happy to say I climbed out of the passenger door (b/c I was on my side) with a mild concussion and a few bruises. I am thankful I was in a jeep. As soon as I get the jeep back on the road I am investing in the "If you can read this, roll me over" sticker... I think I earned it.
